    hello my name is Jeremy Adams and i live in Hawkenge and I have been given the role of PT Barnum in this years strawberry tea at my home also we are performing the greatest show we will be singing songs from the greatest showman, Mamma Mia and Joseph and the amazing technicolor dreamcoat I'am a massive fan of your works in musical theatre I'am 34 and this year i will be 35 in may 31st which is a Sunday, I love musicals as well a big fan of musical theatre i go up to London to see many shows with a family friend who takes me on organised theatre trips to London and I absolutely love musicals that much I even went to New York as well and i saw 3 shows pretty woman Chicago and phantom my favourite musicals that i like are wicked, Chicago, and of course pretty woman as well I have performed in Bugsy Malone as Bugsy malone, lion in the wizard of oz, Marius in 2014 movie musicals, also was Mr Potts, the Baron and Grandpa in Chitty Chitty bang bang, and manhy pantomimes such as cinderella as buttons Wishee washee in Aladdin, captain Crabstick in Dick Whittington, and this year i will be taking Hugh Jackman's role
    in the greatest showman My best friend is Georgie Ashford I have seen lots of musicals in London with a family friend called nib nobs who takes me on his days of work I like Manchester united the only reason i go to London is seeing many shows as I have seen lots of them and also been to New York as well with my family As a special treat i got to sing in a guest choir on the queen Mary 2 with Andrew Cavendish Grey I am also having private singing lessons at my home which is great fun learning musical theatre songs and on Wednesday I'am doing Drama over in the Pavilion and singing along to my CDS.

      i have just entered in a talent show I'am looking at performing Journey to the past, she used to be mine,speechless or maybe will you love me tomorrow. as i don't know what to go for because last year i took part in last years talent show in which i sung I've been waiting for you from mamma Mia here we go again this song although i did not win the competition i was awarded a certificate and medal for my performance in front of all my peers and staff at my centre and i was a runner-up and came 2nd.

I can't quite believe, as I type this, that October is almost over. I say it every year, but this year really has flown. Sisters By Blood, Friends by Choice

My and my Sister have always been close. There's a four and half year age gap between us which is just enough for us not to be overly competitive, but not too much that we can't relate to each other. She's my best friend and I am so proud of everything she has achieved in her life. So this post is dedicated to her. I put a Vlog up today all about her opening night in the musical she is currently appearing in 'Around the World in 80 Days' at the Union Theatre- get tickets here . She is amazing in the show and I was so proud to see her up there. ALSO, she has started her very own YouTube Channel! This is something she has wanted to do for a really long time and she finally has. She was worried about people thinking she only started because of me but that is NOT the case. Guilt Free Chocolate Smoothie

T his smoothie is seriously amazing. I have to ration myself so that I don’t have it every morning and become permanently sick of it. It’s perfect for getting your morning off to a nutritious, energetic, d elicious start. Completely Dairy Free, Refined Sugar Free, all of that malarkey whilst still actually tasting good,  what’s not to love? It’s also the perfect post workout smoothie as it’s packed full of protein, especially if you add the optional Hemp Powder. It basically tastes like a chocolate milkshake, but with way more nutrients and a LOT less sugar. Read on and thank me later. Ingredients: 300ml Oat Milk or Dairy Free Alternative (feel free to use Dairy if you’d prefer) 1 tsp Cacao Powder 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder 150g Frozen Banana 1 tbsp Peanut Butter 1 Squeeze Honey/Maple Syrup 2 Cubes Ice 2 tbsp Hemp Powder (optional) Voila!
